Job Overview
Pay Range: $30.25hr - $36.30hr
Requirement/Must Have:- Hands-on experience in systems electro-mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Experience with systems development and testing, including formulating system level requirements, test specifications and test results.
- Ability to use and manipulate a variety of fine adjustment hand tools, torque wrenches, and calipers.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment.
- Ability to work effectively across different functional teams in different locations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management and task prioritization.
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
- Ability to work with little or no instruction on routine work, and with general instructions on new assignments.
- Demonstrated ability to use a variety of testing and measuring instruments.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate effectively within and across teams, and strive for continuous improvement.
- Availability to work extended hours, including weekends.
- Perform set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies at system level.
- Perform set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of wafer or Reticle handlers.
- Determine and develop methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
- Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems, and complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing.
- Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
- Assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.
- Maintain tool schedules and complete alignment processes (milestones) per defined test times.
- Support tool progression priorities by testing and troubleshooting assemblies and/or final systems.
- Provide work assignment direction and technical training to peers as required.
- BSME, BSEET or similar degree in an engineering discipline is strongly preferred.

Education:
- Technical Certificate, AS degree, military technical training experience, or equivalent vocational training in a technical discipline.

- Ability to climb.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds without assistance.
