Material Handler, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations
We are going through a massive expansion of our workforce and are offering Monday through Friday work for candidates with PCB and or Clean Room experience to operate as a Material Kitter / Material Handler. Employees in good standing are consistently converted to full time internal employees with Flex after 9 months of service.
salary: $23 - $25.3 per hour

- Gathers parts:
Reads work orders or pick lists to collect the correct items from warehouse inventory. - Inspects and organizes:
Checks components for quality and groups them into individual "kits" for specific tasks. - Stages materials:
Delivers or places the prepared kits directly at designated workstations so production crews have everything ready. - Tracks inventory:
Uses barcode scanners or software systems to record movement and maintain accurate stock counts
