Operations Manager – Electronics Manufacturing

Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead high-volume electronics manufacturing operations across SMT, PCBA, mechanical/system assembly, and related production areas. The role will drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory (SQDCI) performance while leading production teams and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead daily SMT/PCBA and manufacturing operations, including supervisors and production teams.
• Execute production plans and ensure quality, delivery, cost, and inventory targets are achieved.
• Monitor and improve OEE, FPY, throughput, productivity, and labor efficiency.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, corrective actions, and operational improvements.
• Support capacity planning, resource allocation, NPI, inventory control, and schedule execution.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.
• Coach and develop supervisors, team leads, and production employees.

• 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Strong electronics manufacturing / EMS background.
• Hands-on knowledge of SMT and PCBA manufacturing.
• Experience leading high-volume production teams and supervisors.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and manufacturing KPIs.
• Experience with production planning, OEE, FPY, throughput, corrective actions, and operational excellence.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MES systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or related field/equivalent experience.

EMS experience, IPC standards, Lean Six Sigma certification, NPI, cleanroom/system integration, and regulated manufacturing experience.
