Join the Team That's Redefining Wireless Technology

At Tarana, we’re more than just a fast-growing tech company—we’re a team of bold innovators on a mission to revolutionize broadband. Our groundbreaking Fixed Wireless Access technology is delivering fiber-class internet speeds worldwide, bridging the digital divide in ways previously thought impossible.

Why Tarana

Tarana’s mission is to accelerate the deployment of fast, reliable, and affordable internet access around the world, fueling healthy competition in established markets and closing the digital divide wherever it persists. Our next-generation fixed wireless access (ngFWA) platform delivers fiber-class broadband at a fraction of the cost and deployment time of traditional options, and is already available to more than 20M homes and businesses globally.

That mission comes to life at industry events, where our prospects and customers get to hear from our team and see the technology firsthand. We're looking for someone to lead that experience end to end.

We need a highly organized Event Marketing Manager to help define our strategy behind tradeshow and conference sponsor ships, own logistics and implementation from beginning to end, and play a key role in producing our self-hosted events — both in person and virtual/hybrid. This person will also partner with the broader marketing team to ensure our event strategy reflects team goals and current campaign initiatives, leads are delivered to sales and analyzed for event fit, and more.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Recommend on a regular basis to Sales and Marketing leadership ways to improve event strategy and execution.
  • Oversee the annual calendar of events — 60-70 shows per year of varying size/scope — to stay on top of deadlines, often times for multiple shows at once
  • Plan and implement booth layouts (swag orders, table displays, display equipment, furniture and service rentals, etc.)
  • Negotiate show contracts, manage vendor relationships and supervise vendor and industry partner collaboration as well as event execution
  • Handle all shipping & handling of event materials to ensure smooth set up and take down
  • Build an annual budget plan, Reforecast throughout the year and conduct ROI analysis for tradeshow and conference sponsor ships to ensure that our spend aligns with our target audiences and company goals
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Tarana Sales and other internal teams that our support events
  • Submit purchase requisitions and ensure vendor invoices are paid in a timely manner, recording and tracking expenses for each event
  • Assist with planning and on-site production for Tarana-hosted events - Spanning agenda coordination, speaker/session logistics, registration platforms, and attendee experience
  • Manage promotions via website, email, social media, and other advertising
  • Travel to support events when necessary (roughly 4 times per year)
  • Office presence required: at least three days per week
What You'll Need:
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in event planning, field marketing, tradeshow coordination, or similar field - ideally in a B2B or technology environment
  • Excellent organization and thorough project management, even under a time crunch
  • Ability to roll with punches and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaboration and superb communication, both written and verbal
  • Diligent budget management and ROI analysis

Solid understanding of social media (primarily Linked In, and also Facebook, X, Instagram and You Tube)
