The Nurse Manager of Emergency Department (ED) will report to senior nursing leadership and receive support from experienced hospital executives, department leaders, educators, and ancillary teams. Responsibilities will include overseeing daily ED operations, staffing, budgeting, regulatory readiness, quality outcomes, patient flow, staff development, and evidence-based emergency nursing practice while collaborating with friendly nurses and a diverse team of physicians, technicians, case managers, and healthcare professionals.
