Functional Quality Assurance Inspector

Our client, an industry leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking a FQA Inspector to join their team. As a FQA Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** Day Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform PCBA inspections, including defect detection for SMT, through-hole, and mechanical components.

+ Review and follow Manufacturing Process Instructions, product documentation, and deviation notices.

+ Conduct First Article Inspections in accordance with quality requirements.

+ Accurately record and scan inspection results into the DGS system.

+ Maintain thorough documentation and reports supporting quality assurance activities.

** What's Needed?*
* + 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control, specifically with PCBAs and through-hole components.

+ Proficiency with inspection tools: calipers, micrometers, magnifier lamps, microscopes.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Computer literacy and strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

+ IPC-610 Rev H certification required.
