Assistant Store Manager – Self Storage
Join the Stor Quest Self Storage family as an Assistant Store Manager and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across our locations. This full‑time role is the first‑line representative to William Warren Properties customers in the Store Manager’s absence and provides critical support across revenue, occupancy, cleanliness, and customer service functions.
How You’ll Make a DifferenceYou’ll assist guests during challenging times and create memorable experiences. You will support the Store Manager with revenue, delinquency management, occupancy, cleanliness, and customer service. The Assistant Manager may work full or part‑time, may cover multiple sites, and will step in when the manager is off duty.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service, actively listen and recommend solutions that meet or exceed their needs.
- Manage the rental process including converting a sale, taking payments, selling merchandise, offering insurance, and assisting with truck rentals at applicable locations.
- Participate in collection of past‑due accounts.
- Maintain the facility: inspect stores daily, perform lock checks, keep the premise clean, clean vacated units, contact vendors for routine maintenance, and handle cash, posting payments, and bank deposits in a timely manner.
- Assist the Store Manager with revenue, delinquency management, and occupancy tasks.

$18.00 – $21.00 per hour + competitive bonus potential.
About You- Preferred: 1+ year(s) in Customer Service/Sales.
- Tech savvy is a plus.
- Experience in cash handling required.
- Must be available on weekends.
- Passion for guest service and sales.
- Strong teamwork, accountability, and work ethic.
- Experience working in retail or service industry preferred.
- Walk, bend, stand, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs. frequently; up to 50 lbs. frequently.
- Work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Operate tools and maintenance equipment using manual dexterity.
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal format.
