Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores is a national retailer primarily focused on selling home appliances, hardware, tools and lawn and garden equipment. We operate through two segments - the Sears Hometown and Hardware segment and the Sears Outlet segment.
Job DescriptionThe Service Support Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership to a core team of associates responsible for the receiving and replenishment of merchandise ensuring the sales floor is well presented and product is available for sale to the customer. The Service Support Supervisor is also accountable for accuracy of receiving documents, and provides supervision over merchandise deluxing and pricing operations. The Service Support Supervisor with assist with supervising a team of hourly associates when the Store Manager is not present.
The Service Support Supervisor is also a role model within the unit for abiding by and holding others accountable for The Code of Business Conduct and overall business practices. Leads by example with the highest level of integrity. Must have day, evening and weekend availability to work.

Qualifications- Education:
HS graduate or equivalent - 1-2 years retail/warehouse supervisory experience
- Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs., and use hand wheeled carts to move Appliances
- Strong drive for results
- Action oriented
- Strong execution skills
- Courageous leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of store and retail operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Computer literacy
