Key Lead - Mall, Abercrombie & Fitch

Job Overview

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. They act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to maintain effective store operations. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and sales.

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point‑of‑sale systems
• Fulfill omni‑channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values

Schedule will vary weekly. Expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week with required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays. Hours may increase during peak periods.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred
• Strong customer focus, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Energetic, outgoing and assertive with confidence
• Adaptable, flexible and detail‑oriented while balancing multiple tasks
• Strong work ethic and proactive thinking

Starting rate $21.25 per hour. Eligible for a benefit program that includes competitive incentives such as quarterly sales incentive bonus, merchandise discount, opportunities for career advancement, and training and development.
