Pay

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly Wage: $18.5 - $31.5 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer’s wants and needs. They also ensure home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
