Retail Sales Associate- Overnight

As a Sales Associate, also known as a “Product Specialist,” you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the store’s success. This entry‑level retail role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities to grow, and the chance to practice retail sales, cashier duties, and customer service.

• Work a minimum of two overnight shifts per week.
• Shift hours: 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, Monday–Friday.

Starting rate: $19.50 per hour. Hourly pay range: $19.50 – $20.69, with premium pay of $1.00 for work from 10 pm to 6 am.

• Engage customers with personalized product advice to ensure they find the perfect Skechers item.
• Actively contribute to store and individual sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise; may lift up to 50 pounds.
• Accurately process payments and complete cashier duties to leave customers with a positive experience.
• Stay informed about Skechers’ latest footwear, apparel, and accessories and share details to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with teammates to create an inviting store environment that reflects the brand and meets company standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
