Store Director, Milpitas

Responsibilities

• Identify issues and create strategies to remain competitive with the local retail market.
• Problem solve in a fast‑paced environment, exercising good judgment regarding the company’s objectives to determine solutions.
• Monitor and communicate competitive strategies through first‑hand market observations.
• Ensure all merchandise is well presented on the floor following visual, marketing and operational directives and standards, mindful of FOB adjacencies, and is signed according to standards.
• Partner with Corporate and RVP to ensure merchandise assortment represents the customer in the market.
• Recruit, interview and select candidates with requisite skills, and manage retention and turnover.

• College degree or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of store management experience with a proven track record of successfully managing a selling workforce and achieving results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong merchandising skills.

• Competitive pay range of $95,000–$110,000/year, with potential bonus and eligibility for 401(k) and paid time off.
