• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—demonstrating care in interactions.
• Ability to charm and captivate people at all organizational levels.
• Minimum age 18 years with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays (stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time).
• Consistent schedule of at least 20 hours per week; typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 during peak weeks (not to exceed 30).
