Operations Associate - Part Time

Overview

As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll be the backbone of the store—ensuring smooth, efficient operations that support an exceptional client experience.

• Support daily operations and maintain operational standards.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment.
• Assist with visual merchandising and ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork and promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards, follow company policies, and create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

• Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours:
  Full Time 30-40 hrs/week;
  Part Time 15-29 hrs/week;
  Flex as needed 4-14 hrs/week.
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$22.60 - $27.70/hr pay depends on qualifications and experience and other legitimate, non-discriminatory factors.
