As part of our Retail team, the Store Manager is responsible for creating a client experience that accurately reflects the ethos of our brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service.

- Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics (conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture).
- Lead by example, influence team members, delegate tasks clearly, and develop short‑ and long‑term strategies that demonstrate initiative and strong time‑management skills.
- Train and develop staff through consistent role‑play, coaching, and a 360‑degree coaching culture; provide feedback and foster a solution‑oriented mindset.
- Recruit, network, and maintain bench strength; establish a clear succession plan for the management team.
- Communicate effectively with team members and corporate partners, remain calm in challenging situations, de‑escalate, and promote organizational goals with flexibility.
- Manage store schedule, timecards, payroll, shipments, transfers, and price changes; conduct inventory, analyze results, and make business‑acumen‑driven decisions in partnership with the team.
- Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed and enforce client‑service protocols, including the use of client books, thank‑you cards, and event strategies.
- Deep passion for the TUMI brand, lifestyle, and product assortment.
- Experience and strong track record in luxury market sales and client experience.
- Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI targets.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as required.
- Strong sense of integrity with the ability to lead by example.
- Excellent time‑management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Physical ability to lift and push boxes weighing up to 30 pounds and to use a ladder.
