Personal Shopper; In-Store

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pick‑up, make appropriate product substitutions, and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Fill, package, and dispense online orders accurately and efficiently.

• Make product substitutions when items are unavailable.

• Engage with customers during the dispensing process to confirm selections and address questions.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Base hourly wage will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

• Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile.
