Specialist Loss Prevention

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and creating a world‑class athlete experience, providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipate athlete needs; actively drive sales through product and services recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert of their area of the store, focusing on best practices, essential selling skills, and key operational processes.
• Serve as a go‑to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete‑first mindset; ensure products are ready for athletes to purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote and drive customer participation in company programs such as customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Create a store environment where everyone—teammates and athletes alike—is always welcome and treated with respect.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, standard operating procedures, and applicable laws or guidelines of external governing entities.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred.
