What will you do? A day in the life of a Sales Associate looks a little like this: as the face of the brand, you’ll create memorable shopping experiences by engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service. You will contribute to the store’s success through sales, visual merchandising, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and cares about customer experience.

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Build sales by maintaining a consumer-centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors.
• Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals by using available resources and tools.
• Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
• Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; however, hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements are valued. The foundational skills needed are:

• Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
• Physical ability to stand, move throughout the store, and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight.

Now, are you in? This position offers a hiring range of $19.20 - $24.75 per hour.
