- - Responsibilities:
Responsible for employment decisions such as recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating; builds an open-door culture and ensures staffing and scheduling; manages associate development and performance reviews.;
Leads the associate and pet parent experience in-store and online, ensuring safety and high-quality service; maintains store standards and policy compliance; oversees inventory levels and in-store safety.;
Manages store financials and operations including profitability, labor management, expenses, and reporting; analyzes data to drive improvements and communicates results to leadership.;
Collaborates with Store Leadership on in-store and community events, including local adoption partnerships; oversees daily, weekly, and monthly workflows and procedures.; Oversees opening/closing procedures, risk management, safety, and adherence to company policies; ensures appropriate staffing and adherence to labor budgets.
