Provide best-in-class customer service by promptly greeting guests and assisting with their video gaming needs;
Recommend additional items and upsell during transactions;

Assist in stocking/restocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to selling floor;
Support achievement of sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals
