Clarks is looking for a Part Time Team Lead to join the team.

Compensation:
Pay range may be modified by Clarks at any time. Actual pay will be based on experience, qualifications, performance, business needs, and internal equity.

• Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock to ensure proper placement of product.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures.
• Practice impeccable customer service skills.
• Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs and accessories.
• Exemplify the Clarks Brand.
• Follow all policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Create a comfortable work environment for all colleagues.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Stand for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, moving ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
