The company partners closely with ecosystem players across cloud computing, server infrastructure, and storage hardware to enable next-generation data storage performance and reliability.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Enterprise Sales to lead enterprise and data center sales efforts across the U.S. and Europe. This role requires a strong background in NAND flash, SSD, and semiconductor storage solutions, along with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in enterprise and hyperscale ecosystems. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical understanding of storage technologies with strong sales leadership skills and established relationships across OEMs, cloud providers, and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive enterprise sales strategies, including revenue targets, pricing models, and go-to-market plans
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise, OEM, and hyperscale customers
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners
- Drive design wins and long-term product adoption within enterprise storage ecosystems
- Negotiate partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align customer needs with product roadmap
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to refine sales strategy
- Lead customer engagement across U.S. and European markets
- Own and manage high-value enterprise accounts and strategic deals
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership or business development roles
- Proven track record in NAND, SSD, or semiconductor/storage solutions sales
- Strong experience selling into enterprise, data center, or hyperscale customers (e.g., cloud providers, OEMs)
- Demonstrated success in managing large revenue targets and/or multimillion-dollar deals
- Experience building or executing go-to-market strategies for new products or regions
- Prior leadership experience managing sales teams and driving performance outcomes
- Strong understanding of NAND flash, SSD, and storage ecosystem technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and marketing functions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Existing network within hyperscale, OEM, or enterprise storage ecosystem
- Experience in semiconductor or storage controller companies
- Strong technical understanding of SSD architecture and data center storage infrastructure
- Global sales experience across U.S. and Europe
