Customer Service Representative

We are a leading provider of high-quality LED street, area, site, and traffic signal lighting solutions. We are committed to driving innovation and sustainability through our products, services, and customer support, serving both public and commercial sectors. We are currently transitioning into an IoT solutions and Data Management Systems (DMS) provider, leveraging street lighting technology and lighting grid infrastructure as its foundation.

The Customer Service Representative provides pre-sale, post-sale, and logistics support to Business Development Managers, Independent Sales Representatives, Distributors, and Customers within assigned territories. This role manages the order fulfillment process, coordinates with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, and supports customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

• Manage the complete order fulfillment process, including order entry, scheduling, status updates, and coordination with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, distributors, sales representatives, and Business Development Managers regarding pricing, product availability, order status, company policies, and post-sales support.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and pricing information in SAP and other business systems.
• Administer company policies related to pricing, freight, warranties, and order processing.
• Coordinate with Credit, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Finance teams to support customer requirements and resolve issues.
• Escalate critical quoting, booking, delivery, or revenue concerns as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and overall customer experience.
• Participate in special projects and other assignments as directed.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, order fulfillment, sales operations, or a related role within a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supporting sales teams in a high-volume business environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across multiple departments.
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive approach.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Travel: 50%. A valid driver’s license is required.
