Salary Range: $170k to 200K plus Bonus

Payactiv is seeking a Director, Revenue Operations, to be a connective leader across Sales, Marketing, Channel, Client Onboarding, Finance, and Product to ensure consistent go-to-market execution.
We are growing across multiple go-to-market channels, including direct (through inbound and outbound efforts) and through referral and reseller partnerships. This is a high-impact role responsible for establishing the systems, insights, processes and operating cadence for predictable growth.
What You'll Do… Single Source of Truth- Re-define and modernize Revenue KPI reporting and framework, including data automation and visualization.
- Work with Sales and Partner Channels to establish new operating cadence, rigor and execution.
- Lead Sales tool and tech stack optimization, including Gong, Zoominfo, Linked In Sales Navigator, and more – align closely with Marketing Operations and teams.
- Lead the Revenue Operations Center of Excellence team to drive greater reporting throughput.
- Operational partner to Sales and Channel teams and problem-solving prioritization.
- Establish process design and rules of engagement that allow individual contributors to maximize selling time.
- Create a sales capacity and territory modeling framework to drive average sales productivity higher.
- Work with Marketing Ops to optimize lead conversion performance and handoffs from Marketing and Partner referrals to Sales.
- Facilitate Partner Operations activities for both new referral and reseller partnerships.
- Help drive and track performance of growth strategy and performance of tactics and initiatives.
- Innovate Payactiv's building Growth Operations engine, always searching for new solutions using automation and AI.
- Support next generation go-to-market strategies by consistently evaluating the market and TAM/ICP priority.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales, Partner or Revenue Operations, with ownership across complex, multi-platform B2B environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Gong, Zoominfo and other sales systems and tools.
- Curiosity and advanced problem solving skills, with ability to drive cross-functional alignment and process.
- Strong understanding of AI-enabled Rev Ops capabilities and automation best practices.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into insights—and insights into operational and revenue impact.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or HR/Benefits technology strongly preferred.
