Ensure environmental compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and associated agencies, including RCRA, EPA, CUPA, and DOT requirements;
Perform tasks related to hazardous waste handling, treatment, storage, and disposal in accordance with local, state, and federal regulatory standards;
Monitor and manage levels of hazardous waste in each department’s satellite accumulation areas to maintain compliance with regulatory limits;
Prepare, schedule, and coordinate hazardous waste disposal activities to ensure they follow company procedures and government regulations;
Deploy and lead emergency response crews during incidents involving hazardous and non-hazardous material releases to air, soil, or water
