Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Flex Security Response Officer - Shopping Mall. This role involves adapting to varying duties such as customer service, patrols, and surveillance at a shopping mall location.

• Fully flexible; available to work any day of the week and any shift (day, swing, or overnight). Scheduling may vary; guaranteed or set schedules will not be offered.
• Competitive hourly wage of $20 / hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• State security license and additional 32-hour BSIS security trainings (additional trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age
• Preferably has three plus months of security experience
• Fully flexible and available to work any day of the week and any shift (day, swing, or overnight); scheduling may vary. No guaranteed or set schedules.

• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
