• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with on-site personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Monitor dispatch communications, document activity, and relay information regarding incidents, service requests, and/or unusual conditions to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, while observing conditions and reporting security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and status updates to help support daily operations, incident follow-up, and/or coordinated response efforts.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
