In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and help guide timely responses to security-related concerns. ** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency communication activities at a technology-focused location.

+ Monitor dispatch systems, phones, radios, alarms, and/or electronic reporting tools to receive calls for service and route security-related personnel to incidents, priority requests, and routine assignments.

+ Document incidents, service requests, and shift activity in logs and reports, relaying timely updates to supervisors, client contacts, and/or emergency responders in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Coordinate responses to incidents, critical situations, and after-hours issues by gathering details, maintaining communication with field personnel, and helping to support orderly escalation when appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random patrol support activities, including tracking officer status, monitoring coverage across the business and perimeter, and helping to maintain awareness of changing site conditions.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
