Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, parking areas, common spaces, and the exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or delivery areas in accordance with site procedures, reporting policy violations or suspicious behavior;
Complete routine reports, logs, and incident documentation while observing the location for hazards, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and other property-related concerns;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or local responders as needed
