Flex Security Ambassador – Shopping Center

Join Garda World Security Services to provide essential security for a busy shopping center in Milpitas, CA. The role requires flexibility in schedule, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.

• Monitor premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols and spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

• MUST be 21 years of age
• Preferably has three plus months of security experience
• STATE security license and 32‑hour BSIS training (additional training obtainable during hiring)
• ACTIVE driver’s license
• AUTHORIZED to work in the U.S.
• Documentation of high school diploma or GED
• Ability to think quickly, adapt, and solve problems
• EDUCATED in security, military, or law‑enforcement experience considered an advantage
• UPDATE security resume

• Flexible schedule: any day, any shift (day, swing, overnight)
