Pay Rate: $27.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Fri 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM Sat 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls for service, and coordinate the flow of information between officers, site contacts, and/or emergency responders in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by gathering details, prioritizing requests, and relaying timely updates to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records to support day-to-day operations and help address security-related concerns across the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
