Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.;
Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization in accordance with site policies.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.;
Document patrols, incidents, unusual activity, and security-related observations through accurate reports and daily activity logs.
