Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and hotel staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies;
Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations calmly and professionally, escalating as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of hotel public areas, corridors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and hotel operations, reporting unusual conditions to management;
Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate to hotel management and Allied Universal leadership
