MG Properties, a trusted regional property management firm with over 30 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Capitol 650 Apartments in Milpitas, CA.

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances and perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work.
• Paint and prepare apartments for turnover.
• Handle emergency calls and provide on‑call support.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in apartment maintenance on a 200‑unit property.
• Proficiency in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Strong customer‑service attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work on‑call rotation.
• Consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties.

• Hourly rate $29–$31 (DOE)
