What you will do:

Software Development & Architecture
  • Design, develop, and deliver high‑quality, robust, and scalable software solutions.
  • Drive architectural discussions, ensuring solutions align with business goals and technical strategy.
  • Champion test‑driven development (TDD), clean code principles, and maintainable system architectures.
Code Quality & Best Practices
  • Enforce high code quality standards through peer reviews, unit testing, automation, and continuous integration.
  • Establish and promote engineering best practices within the team.
Innovation & Problem Solving
  • Provide thought leadership in solving complex engineering challenges.
  • Contribute to product and technology roadmaps, suggesting improvements in performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce relevant new technologies or practices.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid‑level engineers, fostering continuous learning and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Product, QA, Dev Ops, and Design, to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Play an active role in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical reviews.
Security & Compliance
  • Implement secure coding practices, ensuring applications adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Integrate data protection and security measures at all layers of the system.
Performance Optimization
  • Proactively monitor and enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Identify bottlenecks, debug issues, and implement innovative solutions to optimize system performance.
Database Management
  • Design, optimize, and manage complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.
  • Ensure efficient data access, integrity, and scalability across applications.
What you need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in the .NET development stack, including .NET Core, C#, and Web API, or equivalent expertise.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering complex, scalable, and secure enterprise applications.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior engineers, lead technical initiatives, and drive best practices across teams.
Technical Skills
  • Deep understanding of object‑oriented programming and software design principles.
  • Strong proficiency with relational databases (MS SQL Server, Postgre

    SQL, Amazon Aurora), including query optimization and performance tuning.
  • Hands‑on experience building applications using RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, web applications, batch services, and data connectors.
  • Solid knowledge of design patterns, with the ability to identify and resolve anti‑patterns.
  • Proficiency with version control tools such as Git and TFS.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, including deployment and infrastructure services.
  • Exposure to Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a strong plus.
