Join a team redefining global connectivity by developing advanced RF calibration software for next-generation broadband systems. You will own the design and implementation of Layer 1 functionality, focusing on signal processing algorithms, IQ imbalance correction, and multi-core DSP optimization to bridge the digital divide with high-speed wireless fiber technology.

• Work on market‑leading Fixed Wireless Access technology that delivers fiber‑class speeds where traditional infrastructure fails.
• Ownership of critical Layer 1 proprietary 5G protocol stacks within a company experiencing massive global growth and traction.
• Collaborative environment bridging the gap between high‑level software groups and hardware ASIC teams on complex multicore architectures.

• Design and implement calibration software architectures, APIs, and RFIC impairment correction algorithms using C/C++ in an RTOS environment.
• Lead the system integration and debugging of signal processing modules on complex hardware platforms for both base stations and user equipment.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers through code reviews and architectural oversight of DSP software modules.

• Holds an MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a deep mastery of OFDM, MIMO, and linear algebra for wireless communications.
• Possesses 10+ years of experience designing and implementing signal processing algorithms on multi‑core DSP or ARM architectures.
• Expert‑level proficiency in C/C++ and Python with a strong background in real‑time embedded systems, RTOS, and hardware/software interaction.
