Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

What You’ll Do- Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of ground breaking EBeam tool software.
- Drive multi‑functional planning, execution, tracking, and course correction.
- Take on sophisticated software and system‑level challenges with creativity and persistence.
- Work with applications engineers and marketing to define feature requirements and priorities.
- Collaborate with hardware and systems engineers to optimize software‑hardware interactions.
- Think beyond software—propose comprehensive, system‑level solutions.
- Bring curiosity and interest in physics, optics, and how electrons shape the world.
- Education background in Engineering or Software
- Strong experience in software development for sophisticated systems.
- Experience leading a sophisticated software product from conception to delivery.
- Validated ability to solve deep technical problems across software, hardware, and system boundaries.
- Ability to partner effectively with cross‑disciplinary teams (systems, hardware, applications, marketing).
- Comfort working in fast‑paced R&D environments where priorities evolve.
- Systems‑level approach: understanding how software, hardware, and physics fit together.
- Interest or background in physics, optics, electron beam systems, or related fields.
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years;
Master’s Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years;
Bachelor’s Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
