Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high quality SRE applications and tools for Cisco SDWAN management layer
- Create and execute test strategies, reporting results and metrics to ensure feature quality
- Collaborate with team members to determine the root cause of problems and the best course of action to resolve and avoid them in the future
- Maintain cloud-hosted development, staging, and production environments and their monitoring and alerting systems
- Apply modern, best practices in designs and implementations
- Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of related experience in Software Development Engineering, OR Master's Degree in Computer Science with 4 years of experience, OR PhD with 1 year of experience
- 5+ years experience in software development including specification, implementation and testing
- 5+ years experience in Python programming
- Experience in manual and automation testing using Python
- Experience in testing using Selenium, REST API or similar frameworks
- Experience in Django and/or Linux based systems
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree
- PhD
