** Compensation:**  $39.00 per hour  Some overnight travel required
** Responsibilities:
*** Safely operate a tractor-trailer truck or designated vehicle to transport goods over long distances.
* Load and unload cargo as needed, using proper handling methods and equipment.
* Ensure cargo is properly secured according to safety requirements and company policies.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
* Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations; maintain a clean driving record.
* Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues.
* Maintain accurate logs of working hours, vehicle inspections, and delivery documentation.
* Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
* Promptly report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues to management.

* Qualifications:

*** Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Class A CDL driver preferred.
* Ability to operate and drive a variety of trucks and trailers.
* Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards.
* Excellent physical condition and stamina for long-distance driving.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Good communication skills and professional interaction with customers and coworkers.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
