Primo Brands, a leading branded beverage company, is seeking a Route Service Delivery Driver to provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers while operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV). The driver will support sales growth, manage account information, and adhere to safety protocols.

• Provide premium customer service to customers at residential, commercial, and retail locations.
• Accelerate growth through upselling and achieving monthly customer acquisition goals.
• Manage account information, including cash and receipts.
• Operate a CMV safely and complete required DOT documentation.
• Maintain delivery schedules, ensuring correct products are delivered during scheduled time frames.
• Support water dispenser cleaning services following strict quality procedures.

  • Operate a commercial vehicle safely and responsibly.
  • Follow defined safe work practices and complete DOT documentation.
  • Adhere to safety policies, including prohibited use of electronic devices while driving.
  • Report any on-the-job incidents or changes in driving status.

  • Be courteous, outgoing, and maintain a professional image.
  • Deliver products to the right location during the scheduled day and timeframe.
  • Maintain necessary delivery information on all accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize efficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
  • Act as a team player by supporting teammates and decisions.
• Selling Skills
  • Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines.
  • Upsell additional products and services to existing customers.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather.
• Ability to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs., using product handling tools.
• Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average 40–55 times per day.
• Ability to work an average 45‑hour week or more, including variable start/end times.
• Ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull and walk all day.
• Obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working for Primo Brands.

Pay: $25.83 per hour plus customer tips.

Monday–Friday (Saturdays as needed).
