The Dispatcher is a full-time, on-site role based in Milpitas, CA. This position is responsible for coordinating daily delivery routes, assigning drivers, and monitoring shipment status throughout the day. The Dispatcher communicates with drivers and customers to provide updates, resolve scheduling issues, and address any service concerns. Typical tasks include managing dispatch software or tracking tools, logging delivery information, and ensuring that packages are routed efficiently and on time.

The role also involves working closely with operations staff to adjust routes, handle urgent requests, and support overall logistics performance.
