Material Handler

Hourly Rate

$20‑22 per hour + Monthly incentive bonus after 90 days of employment.

Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

The Material Handler is primarily responsible for fulfilling orders, organizing and maintaining existing inventory, loading and unloading delivery trucks, putting away stock, and being a dependable and reliable team player.

• Locate material and pull orders using established RF/warehouse procedures to fulfill orders.
• Unload product (using both a forklift and hand loading) and put away product accurately to designated areas within the warehouse.
• Check in incoming product using established RF/warehouse procedures for receiving, ensuring deliveries match the company purchase order.
• Meet or exceed established goals for order pulling accuracy and inventory accuracy.
• Perform necessary activities to prepare products for staging such as accurate labeling, palletizing, and/or wrapping.
• Prep and assemble products as needed for custom non-stock orders.
• Safely and efficiently operate equipment and machinery (including forklift, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment) defined by the position.
• Assist in maintaining the warehouse in an orderly and clean state, complying with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with will‑call service by helping load customer orders or unloading material that is being returned using branch procedures and protocols.
• Assist with kitting‑related duties, including building transfers or work orders for kitting as specified by the customer, labeling material, and assisting with customized packaging solutions.
• May assist with conducting cycle counts as needed.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Management and team members to optimize workflow.
• Participate in relevant material handling training as assigned by the Company.
• Perform other related duties within the warehouse as assigned by Management.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Previous experience in material handling, warehousing, or logistics is a plus.
• Experience with RF devices is a plus.
• Basic understanding of inventory systems and order processing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with forklift operation and ability to maintain forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math and reading skills (in English) to interpret work orders, inventory labels, and safety information.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Regularly required to sit, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel computer equipment, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear, use hands and arms to reach for, grasp, and manipulate objects, stand, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• May be required to move or traverse considerable distances in the facility during the course of a workday.
• Must have the physical abilities to perform essential warehouse tasks.
• Must have good physical fitness with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to a height of 3‑4 feet and load product into trucks.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time.
• Ability to ascend/descend a ladder to pull or put away product from shelving and racking.
• Ability to safely operate a dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies.

• Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and conditions.
• Fast‑paced environment with frequent physical activity.
• Safety PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and safety-toed boots are required.
