Job SummaryCascade Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to be responsible for the maintenance and safety of our center, including Fire and Safety compliance.
Essential Functions- Implements and maintains established preventative maintenance programs.
- Performs basic repairs to plumbing, electrical, and equipment.
- Coordinates compliance with local, state, and federal codes and guidelines for safety and other relevant rules and regulations.
- Conducts fire and disaster preparedness drills as required.
- Coordinates annual maintenance programs.
- Maintains inventory control for all general supplies parts and equipment.
Skills and Abilities
- Required:
General experience in equipment maintenance - Required:
Able to assess physical plant problems and respond - Preferred:
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing, copper, galvanized, and plastic pipe - Preferred:
Basic knowledge of HVAC unit maintenance and repairs. - Preferred:
Working knowledge of building codes, fire regulations, and emergency plant operations. - Demonstrated skills in construction techniques.
- Knowledge of materials used in building construction and maintenance.
