Pendleton Urgent Care is a modern, purpose-built facility with an established patient base and a stable, long-tenured support staff already in place. This is a fully operational practice: the infrastructure, the team, and the patients are there. A qualified provider can step in and focus entirely on clinical care from day one.
CompensationCompensation model:
Competitive shift-based rate; details provided on inquiry
Shifts per month: 12 shifts (strong work/life balance built in)
Setting: 100% outpatient, no hospital requirements
Autonomy:
Full provider autonomy with stable long-term support staff
This is a 100% turnkey role. The facility is modern and well-equipped, the support staff is experienced and stable, and the patient panel is established. There is no startup phase and no building from scratch: you arrive and practice.

Experience preferred:
Urgent care or emergency medicine background; primary care experience considered

- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Ability to obtain Oregon licensure
- Urgent care or emergency medicine background preferred; primary care experience considered
The following physical requirements are included per standard credentialing and HR documentation. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Work environment is a combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
