Deputy Manager - Children's Residential

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join a small, therapeutic children's residential service in Southeast London. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality care and leadership to children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to delivering trauma-informed, therapeutic care and helping young people achieve positive outcomes.

Key Details:
Salary: up to £45,000 for an exceptional candidate

Hours:

40 hours per week Overtime available

Full participation in the rota, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays Shift patterns include: 7:30am – 10:30pm (15-hour shift)7:30am – 3:30pm2:30pm – 10:30pm About the Young People: EBD-focused service Children require a trauma-informed therapeutic approach Small homes with a maximum of 3 children, allowing for focused and meaningful support Ideal Candidate:
