Job Role
  • An experienced conference & events diary manager, to increase conversion at every opportunity
  • Supporting on large enquiries to ensure maximum conversion
  • Analyse the business looking at rates as well as new and lost bookings
  • Meet & Greet clients and support with hotel show rounds to drive business
  • Providing the best customer service
  • Upsell all of the hotels products and services at every opportunity
  • Reviewing the buisness to increase opportunity to exceed the sales budget
  • Implementing and running sales office conversion days
The Requirements
  • The experienced diary manager will have a strong conference and events sales background
  • Track record of converting meetings & events enquiries into confirmed business
  • Attention to detail and highly organised
  • Proactive approach
  • Experienced in negotiating with clients
