Formula Fast is a fast-growing, independently owned and operated destination located near Stadium:

MK in Milton Keynes. We are known for our high‑end experiences, which currently include karting, escape rooms and axe throwing, and host the British Rental Kart Championship. We are also the highest‑rated indoor motor sport venue in the UK – thanks to our amazing crew.

We are recruiting for the role of Activity Host.

• Greeting guests and helping to register them for their event
• Overseeing that day's reservations in our booking system
• Preparing the venue for events, keeping it clean and presentable throughout the day
• Assisting with fitting and checking all safety equipment
• Delivering briefings and presentations
• Hosting and supervising activities (Race Marshals is a separate role)
• Giving tips to improve performance and providing feedback on results
• Serving drinks and snacks at the Cafe‑Bar
• Keeping everything running to a tight schedule – timekeeping is essential
• Ensuring customers are cared for during their time at the venue

• Enthusiastic engagement – build a warm rapport with guests and create buzz through interaction

• Communication skills – interact with team and guests throughout the day
• Safety awareness – manage potential risks to yourself, guests and colleagues
• Upselling skills – maximise spend per head by offering add‑ons

Our hiring process involves a video or in‑person chat with our senior team and a practical assessment at the venue, or a live assessment, depending on the role. Previous experience in a relevant customer‑facing position is an advantage but not essential – all training is provided. Evening and weekend availability is essential.
