Temporary Front of House Receptionist

Are you immediately available? Can you interview on Tues or Wed next week?

Do you have ‘Front of House’ experience OR Exceptional Customer Service?

Are you Tech savvy?

Our client is looking for a temp to cover their front of house for their Corporate Head Office, for a minimum of 4 weeks but may go on longer.

What will you day to do look like –

You will NOT be answering any external calls!

You will be meeting and greeting ALL visitors into the building, and physically delivering them to their host dept or manager

You will be using an internal booking system to book meeting rooms, arrange visitor parking or new starter parking, and arrange food and beverages for meeting rooms or training.

You will be setting up meeting and training rooms every day.

You will check all kitchens on all floors first thing in the morning to make sure cleaners have emptied dishwashers and cupboards are full.

You will do daily post into the building, franking and emailing internal colleagues with any information they need to know.

You may also be the ‘go to’ for internal problems like, the coffee machine not working OR someone has parked in my space!
