Electrical Site Manager - Milton Keynes - £450 Per Day - Outside IR35 - 6 Month Contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to support a building services project in Milton Keynes. This is a contract opportunity focused primarily on electrical installations, BMS integration, and metering works within a commercial environment.

This role will suit a technically strong electrical professional with proven site leadership experience and the ability to manage subcontractors, compliance, and programme delivery.

• Managing on-site delivery of electrical installation works
• Overseeing electrical subcontractors and specialist engineers
• Ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations and standards
• Managing Health & Safety and CDM requirements on site
• Reviewing and signing off electrical documentation and certification
• Conducting site inspections and quality checks
• Coordinating BMS, metering, and associated electrical integration
• Managing site progress in line with programme milestones
• Acting as the main point of contact for client and consultant communications

• Minimum 5 years' Site Management experience within the electrical or building services sector
• Strong background in commercial electrical installations
• Experience managing BMS and metering projects
• SMSTS qualification (essential)
• Valid CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work certification
• Strong understanding of CDM regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
