Pipefitter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Overview

PIPE FITTERS REQUIRED - ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED, Long Duration. Our client is looking for several qualified and experienced Pipe fitters to join a project team in Milton Keynes. Pipe fitters will be responsible for installing, assembling, fabricating, maintaining, and repairing mechanical piping systems for our modular contracts.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, thread, bend and crimp pipes to required shapes and sizes
• Assemble and install piping systems using clamps, bolts, and welding equipment
• Inspect and test completed systems for leaks and functionality
• Collaborate with other trades and project teams to ensure timely completion
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards on the job site

• Proven experience as a Pipefitter or in a similar trade
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Knowledge of various piping materials (e.g. copper, steel)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification or trade qualification in pipe fitting (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
